Printer does not respond even after attempting to perform printing

How to delete the accumulated and queued documents in the computer (Windows)

If there are queued print jobs in the computer, another attempt will never be processed. In such a case, the queued documents need to be deleted.
< Procedures >

1. Double-click the printer icon displayed in the lower right portion of the Windows screen.

2. The list of queued documents is displayed.

3. In the Printer menu, click Cancel All Documents ( under Windows Vista/XP/2000 ) or Purge Print Documents ( under Windows ME / 98 ).

Memo:
The documents may not be deleted as the Deleting message remains displayed. In such a case, follow the procedures below.
1) Please wait for about 2 minutes.
2) If the documents are not deleted after 2 minutes, turn off the printer, and
when the printer operations stop completely, click Cancel All Documents
(under Windows Vista / XP / 2000 ) or Purge Print Documents ( under Windows Me
/ 98 ).
3) If the documents are not deleted even after procedure 2), turn off the
printer, restart the computer, then click Cancel All Documents ( under Windows
Vista / XP / 2000 ) or Purge Print Documents ( under Windows Me / 98 )
again.
